About North Gulf Coast Chapter of CAI

Our local Chapter of CAI provides education, networking, resources and advocacy for community association professionals and volunteers who serve the associations, as well as for those who provide services and products to community associations. Our non-profit chapter has over 400 members which include Community Association Managers, Association Management Companies, Volunteer Leaders and Business Partners.  We cover the Panhandle from Tallahassee to Perdido Key (Alabama/Florida border).  We are one of eight Florida chapters that serve all stakeholders in community associations.  We are governed by a Board of Directors elected by the membership.  Every month, we have a lunch program in three locations:  Perdido Key, Destin and Panama City Beach.  This year we added quarterly lunches in Santa Rosa Beach (30A) and Tallahassee.  We hosted a Spring Conference and Expo  and will host a Fall Education Conference.   In addition, we plan an annual charity golf tournament which benefits local charities and helps to fund our Scholarships for CAMs.  We celebrate the new board and a new year at our January Awards Dinner and Annual Meeting.  All membership setup and renewal goes through CAI Headquarters' website.  Local events are promoted and registration takes place here on our website.   Please consider joining our chapter to take advantage of all the benefits of membership.

July 2022 Home Owner Volunteer Leader Class

On this day, National Community Association Manager Recognition Day, we honor you for all of your contributions and hard work.  We recognize your efforts to increase your education and achieve designations in the field of Community Association Management.

Community Association Management is such a difficult fieldyet so rewarding.  The connections that you make with people and the relationships built are ones that will last a lifetime. As a manager, your job is challenging.  There are days that it may be overwhelming, and there are days that you may feel unappreciated.  Please know that your North Gulf Coast Chapter of CAI appreciates your contributions to this field.

If it were not for you, the relationships with Board members and Business Partners would not be what they are for the chapter.  The contributions you make to building those relationships do not go unnoticed.  Because of you, communities in the chapter area are thriving, the chapter is growing.
