About North Gulf Coast Chapter of CAI

Our local Chapter of CAI provides education, networking, resources and advocacy for community association professionals and volunteers who serve the associations, as well as for those who provide services and products to community associations. Our non-profit chapter has over 400 members which include Community Association Managers, Association Management Companies, Volunteer Leaders and Business Partners.  We cover the Panhandle from Tallahassee to Perdido Key (Alabama/Florida border).  We are one of eight Florida chapters that serve all stakeholders in community associations.  We are governed by a Board of Directors elected by the membership.  Every month, we have a lunch program in three locations:  Perdido Key, Destin and Panama City Beach.  This year we added quarterly lunches in Santa Rosa Beach (30A).  We hosted a Spring Conference and Expo (March 17, 2021)  and will host a Fall Education Conference.   In addition, we plan an annual charity golf tournament which benefits local charities and helps to fund our Scholarships for CAMs.  We celebrate the new board and a new year at our January Awards Dinner.  All membership setup and renewal goes through CAI Headquarters' website.  Local events are promoted and registration takes place here on our website.   Please consider joining our chapter to take advantage of all the benefits of membership.

We are seeking raffle prizes for the golf tournament! The money earned from these donations 
go directly to scholarships and the charities for the year.
Donation requirements are: must be at least $50 dollar value, picture and description
provided to [email protected] so it can be included in the website prior to the tournament,
can drop off the prize prior to the tournament (if not it must arrive at Indium Bayou by 10 am Sept. 17th.

Education Scholarship Program (ESP)
Become a CMCA or AMS for 1/2 the cost
Any time from January 2021 to October 2021
Must be a member of CAI to be eligible for either scholarship 
CMCA Scholarship 
Applicants must complete or have completed the M-100 course online or in person.

Must successfully pass the CMCA exam within the scholarship period stated above.
If the initial exam isn’t passed, must successfully complete a retake of the exam within 90 days.
Test Retake fees will not be reimbursed
First 10 applicants will be eligible for the scholarship on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Not retroactive for classes or exams taken prior to May 15, 2021. 
Scholarship program will reimburse eligible applicants
1/2 of successfully completed M-100 course and 1/2 of successfully passed CMCA exam.
Total cost not to exceed $397 per person. 
AMS Scholarship 
Applicants must complete or have completed two M-200 courses online or in person.
Must submit application and be approved for the AMS Designation.
First five applicants will be eligible for the scholarship on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Not retroactive for classes or designation approvals prior to May 15, 2021.
